You can place an order through the website checkout. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details, delivery location, product availability and order total. An order becomes accepted for fulfilment when Viwaka Technologies confirms it.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the supplied address, or there is another genuine fulfilment issue. Where possible, we will contact you before cancellation.

Orders placed through this website use Cash on Delivery unless another payment option is expressly shown and made available by Viwaka Technologies.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made when the order is delivered. Please review the final order total shown before submitting the order and have the required amount ready where possible.

We deliver to Nairobi & All Parts of Kenya. Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may vary because of location, courier availability, weather, traffic or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, telephone numbers and delivery addresses. We may contact you if the provided information is incomplete or unclear.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, return procedures, cancellations and refunds. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.
