Where We Deliver

We deliver to Nairobi & All Parts of Kenya.

Processing Time

Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp and dispatched the same day when confirmed during our business hours (Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm | Sat: 9am-5pm). Orders confirmed outside those hours are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Nairobi: same-day delivery once your order is confirmed
• Other parts of Kenya: up to 2 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier

These are estimates, not guarantees — remote areas or courier delays may occasionally extend delivery time. We'll let you know if your order is delayed.

Delivery Cost

Delivery is currently free on all orders. Any exceptions for remote or hard-to-reach locations will always be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment on Delivery

We currently support Cash on Delivery: pay in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

Tracking Your Order

We'll contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm dispatch and again shortly before delivery. For an update on a specific order, quote your order number when you contact us.

Delivery Issues
